Hot tub information guide

How it works

What happens once you’ve ordered your hot tub:

• Once you’ve placed your order, we shall email to confirm, and prepare to bring your hot tub.
• We will call you the day before with a time slot for delivery.
• The delivery date will be the day before the order date. This gives your hot tub a chance to warm itself and for the sanitising granules to dissipate throughout the water.
• An adult must be present when the hot tub is delivered so we can hand over instructions for its safe use.
• We will deliver and assemble the hot tub, and leave you to supervise the filling of the water to the right level (this usually takes two hours).
• We will leave a hot tub information guide, so you can take care of the hot tub easily.
• A flat space of 3 metres by 3 metres is required for the gazebo and hot tub, and we will of course need to be able to access the garden itself.
• Please leave the hot tub running until the time of collection.

Please note that the hot tub needs to be run continuously. If no outside power is available, extension leads may be required to reach power sockets in the house. This is at the client’s own risk and any such leads must be provided by client themselves.

Please read our health and safety guidelines below:

• Do not drink alcohol, or use any drugs while using the hot tubs
• If you are pregnant, or have any medical issues current or pre-existing, please seek medical advice before using a hot tub
• Do not allow children under 12 to use the hot tub for longer than recommended time
• Children to be supervised by an adult at all times
• Do not put your head under the water
• Only use the spa when chemical readings are within the correct range
• Do not over-occupy the spas: Atlantic Plus 4-6 max, LED Starry Comfort 5-7 max
• Do not jump into or on the sides of the lid
• Do not jump into the hot tub
• Long hair must be tied back during use
• Do not use if you have been unwell with any sickness or diarrhoea within the past 72 hours
• If you have any flu symptoms after using, please seek medical attention immediately and make them aware you have used a hot tub

Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of £50 is fully refundable if cancelled more than 30 days prior to booking.
• The deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation within 30 days of booking.

Collection

Upon collection, the hot tub is to be powered and running. We will attach a garden hose to drain the water into a garden drain.

It will take around 30 minutes to drain and deflate the hot tub.
